In addition to the management of DCT owned properties, we also offer property management services for various clients. One of the services we offer includes finding houses in high potential areas for our clients to purchase and then guiding them throughout the purchasing process. We also manage properties that our clients may already own, as well as provide rehabilitation services for them. Many of our properties deliver an annual return on investment rate (ROI) that exceeds 6%. Lastly, if the client is interested we can also guide them through the resale of their property.
